About AIS
AIS, a global workspace design and delivery organization, partnered with Impact Media to create a custom, UX-led, multilingual, and B2B lead generation website using WordPress. The key objectives were to better serve their growing global audience, address usability issues, and position AIS as thought leaders in their industry.
The project began with a strategy and discovery workshop to identify the website and stakeholder requirements. This allowed the team to wireframe the key page templates for desktop and mobile, and design a visually striking, clean, and modern aesthetic that showcased AIS’s beautiful imagery.
To address AIS’s international growth and aid their expansion into new markets, the website was made multilingual using the Weglot plugin. Usability improvements were also made, such as a more traditional menu structure and clear user journeys with prominent CTAs.
The website features an Insights section for AIS’s thought leadership content, including articles and whitepapers, as well as a People section highlighting their team of experts. The case studies section is a key part of the site, dynamically populated with high-quality imagery and details of AIS’s projects around the world.
SEO best practices were implemented from the start, with the help of Footprint Digital. The website was also built for ease of use and future-proofing, utilizing Elementor for on-brand page creation and Yoast for on-page optimization. GDPR-compliant data capture was integrated through Mailchimp for marketing purposes.
